Wandering through the walls of my office I came across this interesting small puzzle, it is stated as:
Question: If it were two hours later it would be half as long until midnight as it would be if it were an hour later What time is it now?

I think I have got the answer:
(x+2) + y = 12
(x+1) + 2y = 12
=>
y=1
and
x=9

Hello,
I’ll agree with Mudassir. I have been trying to get any other solution set…….but I think these set of equations only have one solution set.
So, this proves that Haroon Saeed was wandering in office at 2100…..
